I think the Vaponic is mainly convection, I wouldn't think of it as a hybrid, but yes I love the Vaponic and the big brother Tasty Tube.

For me it's the combination between speed and control over my hit that many butane powered devices give me. Being able to get big convection hits immediately is amazing and so convenient.

It will work it can just be awkward to evenly distribute which doesn't help with dosing. Probably better to have to RSO on it's own then follow with honey to help ease the strong RSO flavour.
