No sanding and I did not take it apart

Stained my TM with some water based "teak" stain. Came out quite nice. Better than the grey of before from to many finger prints.

Thought I would stain the TM as well. It had gone a bit grey with lots of finger marks. Used a water based stain in the colour "teak" then I buffed it with some @phattpiggie stem butter. Came out quite nice!

The resistance is currently 0.004 above lid and locked at 0.238. This is at 210c. I could have taken more hits on this to be honest, but got disturbed. It's a little light. It feels like my 210c is about 190c. I have worked out how to change the TCR and lowered it, to see if that helps. My...

Okay I worked out what the issue is. The temp is not acurrate. If I stick it on 210c it works like a dream. You have to run it hot! If I lower the TCR can I get the temperature more "accurate"?

With the portable vapes we have today, can we really improve on them? Batteries can only hold so much energy for their size, the laws of physics (or chemistry) come in to play. A heater element is a balance between size, energy usage and performance. I don't see some magic material for heaters...

@GoldenBud very sorry for your loss. However I am very interested to see under the bonnet! It would appear the heater is wired directly in to the mod. Do the wires go inside the mod or are they soldered on to the 510 connector? A very neat design!

My ESCC seems to always move. I am always pushing it down. Do others get this? Don't get me wrong. The M22 ESCC is amazing to dab from. But its not perfect.
