Do you guys load herb to the top plate or middle plate prior to grind or both? I usually do top plate, I find it gets dirtier around the edges if loading the middle, you guys thoughts?

You can also put a wooden dowel pin/chopstick and push the indents outwards from inside. This will improve airflow overall to the captive caps for those who think those indents rob airflow and make them slide on/off without catching.
