Mine didn't come with the black wick for the 1701
The measurements were taken cold and done simply by strapping them onto the vf mini which reads pretty accurately. I can cross reference with my fluke mm if you'd like.
Yeah I've got a couple of exgo 4 attys and love the flavor at low wattages but wasn't really a fan on the mech mods. I was thinking once the innokin itc comes out i may grab it as it's supposed to have temp control for every type of wire on the market. Temp controlled nero coils would be a...
Are you just switching from smoke to vapor? Combustion adds effects so switching from smoke to vapor can seem like a bit of a let down at first. If this is the case I'd suggest a week long break from cannabis and then start up again the following week with vapor only.
If this isn't the case...
I agree 100% for unregulated batteries. I used the pulse method for years on attys trying to make blazing hot wires give low temp hits. Temp control has made that a thing of the past. With tc on and dialed in correctly you can hold the button down with the coil and wick dry and it will...
You should check out the nectar collectors on dhgate. I have been using this one with my underdog and love it ...

Just posted this in the Underdog thread the other day actually...
So ... the kiss ac kicks ass! I am absolutely loving this thing. The machining on mine looks great and while the air flow control does move pretty easily I think the o-ring inside the plastic ring is enough to keep it in place well enough. Before I had the unit in my hands I thought the air...
We're kind of breaking new ground with the temp control but you can check out the persei thread in the portables section about the alpha centauri or the advanced e cig users thread in the concentrates section. Sorry no links on my phone at work.
With my current setup I'm running 9 watts with...
The ebay/fasttech battery pack is regulated and maintains the set voltage until the battery runs out. An unregulated battery pack would slowly lose voltage as the battery wore down causing the vape to run cooler.
You should look into the battery voltage keeper for your econodog. His thread is...
Yeah the glacier is my go to ... hopefully my ac will replace it though. I bought a couple of the glacier kits when they were still $13 a pc on ebay but they just raised the price to $35. I can't really recommend buying one at that price as I don't think they're worth that much.
Yeah they can be rebuilt and no it doesn't leak. It's made by cloupor ... I think you said you were rebuilding cloupor coils already, right? It's pretty cool but I suggest removing the ball bearing in the perc as it gets stuck in place pretty easily after a few hits due to resin build up and...
I ordered a cheap nectar collector from a vendor on dhgate and before I was able to test it out on concentrates I found a new purpose for it
Usually I'm not a fan of water filtration with the Underdog but this is just about the right amount ... it cools the hit off but it doesn't ruin the flavor.
Me either ... it's nice for wrapping coils for sure. The seego/cloupor/w9tech coils are kind of weird to rebuild though. You have to keep tension on the wire leads as you insert the insulator and center pin and it's really easy to ruin a ni coil during this process because it's so malleable...
The wire itself doesn't produce any type of off taste or flavor at all if that's what you mean. The setup produces better flavor than my ceramic, titanium or quartz nails, though. But I use them through water and water destroys flavor quickly imo.
The ebob is cool but it's kinda finicky.
