I know the units are pre charged when you get them, i guess 2 hrs was all it needed. Maybe draining it fully then recharging will help.

That's what mine does, chances are its dead. Check and see if it is heating up. If its dead send an email (and include your shipping address) to Pharmcor and they will send you a replacement.

I can't agree with you more. After dealing with them personally I find they are a solid company with top notch customer service.

I can't imagine it does since it peels off on its own. The corners of mine were peeling when I opened the box.

I think mine is still charging. The charging light will come when plugged in and automatically shut off when fully charged. Although without being able to heat it I cannot truly tell if it is actually charging.
