I must say I can confirm the feeling of vaping having a delayed effect opposed to combustion. And I had the same remark from friends as well. (Seconds after vaping; "man this is weak". 10-15min later; "man, I'm wasted") I have no theory of why this is the case tho.

Point being? I'm shure it takes the heating ellement (a bit) longer to heat to the desired temp. but if and when it gets there it should be able to heat the 4°C air almost as good as 20°C. It does seem to have quite the thermal capacity. (takes a long time to cool down) Next week is going to...

If that was 4°C I don't see why that should happen, maybe the wind changes that, I don't know. But I've used it at 4°C before and got the same results as normal.

You sure you waited long enough? Did it not make it to the temp you set it at? (As in it kept heating and the light just didn't go out.) From experience I know you can use it at temps just above 0°C. I don't know about lower temps. But I guess that as long as the heater makes it to the temp...

On the external charger, I would not include that in the standard package. Offer a generic charger on the side If needed, but the internet is floaded with chargers for 18650 cells. Lots of people already have a battery charger. And for those not willing to get one, they can charge in the unit...
