did you get the cherry version? those are unfinished to get that low price! finishing it with boiled linseed oil / wax will make a big difference … the cherry’s will also benefit from a little light sanding for a more finished feel
another thing to remember ... first heat up will produce some vapor like cool breeze said ... as you continue the heat cycles heat builds up more with each cycle so the vapor production increases some each time until it is spent

so i am excited! just got this beauty! it is an apple wood (verified by david and michael) that has never been used! this is vapman number 13 … i have one more on the way and then i’m taking a break from vapman acquisitions (unless something irresistible comes my way lol)!
you can get the newly released vapman click in cherry for around 100 bucks ... main differences of the click are a bigger bowl and an audible click when it is up to temperature!
