What's the best glass piece for the e-nano?

The only thing about this piece is that it's stemless for no reason, basically all it is, is the perc. Was thinking about it, but I don't want to pay the $10 for a stemless portion that is useless.

Is the fritted disc too much diffusion for vapor? I hear more diffusion will cut out some taste and gunk up the glass quicker.

Would you recommend everyone to try this for taste? Or is the difference not much? I could see how it would help when held vertically. Also the silicone bundle comes with two silicone pieces right?
