The Extreme is actually lite, probably because its plastic and thin steel. Not a hassle at all to hold upside down, much easier then the Surfer which I've used as a wand and can be heavy.

If you would have cooked it longer it would have been waaaaaay more potent, cooking for under an hour is nuts, at least 2-3 hours if not more, it never hurts to let it go longer, hell some even leave it on 24 hours.

I'm sure you got a defective wand, is that a wire or and actual rod? It looks like it could be the black wire which is supposed to be connected under the plate that holds the heater. Good news is you'll get more stickers and a brand new wand, but that sucks, hopefully it can get done quick...

I used to keep my stuff in mason jars, burp it, this and that, worry about light, etc.... Now I just keep it in the ziplock I bought it in until its time for a refill, I don't mind my bud getting dry, unless I'm smoking, and its so stinky and crisp from being perfectly cured there's no issue...
