    Thanks, I think that's quite complicated :ko: Have lots to learn before I'm able to do that... But I made an early version your Bud Toaster, powered by a 5w 20ohm ceramic resistor hooked to a copper coil holding a Pyrex cup . Works quite well, 15 minutes to warm up.

    Iolite would be best for traveling, but you have to find some quality butane once your reach you destination, sometimes that can be hard to find. I know alot of people fly around with their iolite.:P

    My IR thermometer doesn't have a laser pointer, but aiming at the metal bowl, highest it goes is up to is 350 F. Anyone else experienced this?
