I have no doubts on that to be honest. I figure I prefer half bowls, so I could sacrifice some heat capacity for more airflow. Then again, more airflow could negatively effect the extraction anyway.
I love my ZX, so I'm in no need to change anything. I was just curious.
Great story about the Volcano. The more terps I get in my sessions, the more likely I am to have a cough the next day also.
I can put half a gram through my ZX with high temp one hit bowls, and the next day my lungs feel great. But a TM2 or the coiled Quartz caps can really irritate my lungs...
That hasn't been my experience. TM2 makes me cough my lungs up at low temps. High temp vapour can be quite smooth depending on the device. High temps on the ZX go down smooth as anything. Don't think I've ever coughed once using it.
On that note, is it advisable to apply wood butter/oil, around where the device is heated? Where the protective Mica would normally be. Would this protect the wood more from the flame, or make it worse?
As expected my email I sent an hour after purchase asking if I could apply a code was ignored.
Atleast they didn't tell me to go f*** myself. But with Vestratto that is always heavily implied anyway.
Got my shipped email already this morning. Amazing turn around considering new product launch + general Black Friday orders. Very good for a small team. Wouldn't surprise me if they had them boxed up ready for a shipping label before they went on sale.
I expected 5-7 days until shipping. A+
You will probably pay 20% customs fee. The cut off is around £135. One of the reasons I went for the Cherrywood as I wanted a case as well for under 135.
Has anyone ever tried switching out for 4mm Rubies in the ZX?
I'm wondering if you can get even more airflow. Would it still have enough calories to crush a bowl? Maybe with a bowl pre heat?
I picked some accessories with it. The code was automatically applied to those.
It makes sense they don't want to discount a brand new device. I feel like the Cherry wood one is such a bargain anyway
Thank you. So higher temps don't destroy the terps, it just releases then faster? Nice.
The vape is the 18mm coiled QC. I fill it up with 0.3g of whole nugs. I draw on it as the radiant temp increases, so you get multiple lungfulls of very terpy lower temp hits in the beginning.
So I've been using a vape lately that chucks out buckets of terps at lower temps. I've really enjoyed it, but I've noticed each morning a lingering cough from terp agitation it feels like.
I've read some posters who stick to higher temps in order to create a smoother inhale/exhale. My question...
So it seems people get 5-6 heat ups with the Vapman Click. Do all of these little heat cycles produce decent vapour? Does the pay off always seem worth the effort?
I love it when a new device gets teased by experienced beta testers. We get to ask a bunch of questions to inform our purchase. I get the jealousy aspect I guess. But why wouldn't manufacturers tap into the geekiest, most experienced vape heads as a resource?
I imagine the people who were...
For me to be sure: You’re on 25V which means 250W, right?
So this thing is easier to control with large heat sources? I really like that. Seems counter intuitive. The Anvil tended to combustion for me with too large a flame.
That's funny, because I presumed the overly defensive, toxic, sometimes straight up bullying I've seen in Vestratto threads were indicative of Redditors crossing over.
Because I think you will find discussing a vapes positives and potential drawbacks/improvements are extremely charactaristic of...
