Hi guys,
Lately I got interested in 510 vaporizers. Currenly looking at a Dreamwood Glow but was wondering if all these 510's are pretty similar or very different from each other.
DIY, not much to it though. The coil wrapping is the only work. Hardest part was waiting for all the parts.
It came with a soldering iron I bought last week to start on an induction heater for the Dynavap. The universe provided.
I just tried my setup for the first time and I fucking love it.
For some reason I thought I had read here that 550 was a good temperature to start, I fucking combusted my bowl. Surprise bong hit motherfucker!
Shook by the smoke shot and coughing fit, I went to clean my bong and my high ass...
It looked like a pretty close fit but because of the nipple on the heater I’ll have to space the coil anyway.
To return to the beads, how do you secure the bottom screen in the heater? It doesn’t look secure at all.
I am waiting for my coil and controller before I can try it out.
I found the Elev8r too open flow when I used it with the torch and no beads, I like some draw resistance.
Just a quick follow up.
LCV replied and it was a mistake because of mislabeling. They refunded the difference.
In the meanwhile 7th Floor offered to send me a quartz heater completely free of charge which arrived today.
That's some real customer service so thank you 7th Floor!
As I have said a few times before, I ordered the "quartz" heater separately.
I'll be waiting for a reply from Elev8 before anything else, hope they respond quickly.
