Same. I bought it because I have a v1 and love it, @Brenyo is one of the best there is, both in product excellence AND CS, which is rare in this space (@VGOODIEZ is another) and I want the damn thing ASAP.
I hear that the dosing capsules cut way down on the messiness of the vape. How much do they affect using the vape? Do you need to adjust temps to account for it? And what of the dosing tool? Is it meant for the caps or the bowl in the vape? Are either or both worth it?

So I own the first iteration of the Flare, you know, the one that doesn’t really work with anything you want it to work with. Have they made hardware changes to the newer versions or is it mainly firmware? I wonder if the firmware is updatable?

I’m in the same boat as you. My guess is it gets damaged through some kind of impact. I have seen accounts of it still working after chipping it, though. As to why it has a replaceable part, maybe the need for a non conductive handle for what is essentially a corded head necessitated it...
