Get the WoodScents. It's a different kind of log. With the heating element fitting Dynavap products, the stem options are seemingly endless, and it flat out hits harder. I have one of each, and use both regularly. Still, the WS is the favorite.

Maybe, maybe not. Mine was returned because of some problem with the address label, so I'd check the order on their website to see if it shipped. I don't know why they don't automate a shipping notification like most other retailers.

Have you checked your order on the website? It might have been updated with a tracking number. And you can send an email, but Cole's not returning them.

I ordered as soon as the preorder opened, back in August. Still waiting.

I do, but as I said, the address was correctly shown on my online order leading me to believe it was probably correct on the package. It's just an annoying delay.

I'm peeved. My Mi3 was supposed to be delivered yesterday. When it didn't show up, I checked the tracking and saw it listed as "Insufficient address. Returned to sender." My info was right on the RBT website, but I've heard nothing back from Cole, even though I'm not sure what he can do right now.

I'm waiting for a custom from the 2-5, too. Haven't heard anything since it went to the building stage on 2-8. Based on what I've read here, I'm trying to put it out of mind, as it seems like it might be significantly longer before it's ready.
