Yesterday I pulled out my box after being frustrated with it a couple months ago. The light inside barely came on but it got warm so I hit it without a tube or anything. I could taste the herb but didnt have any visible vapors. Anybody experience this?

I got some Duracell 2450 batteries and I'm still having problems. The box lights up but won't stay lit long enough to take even 1 hit. Should I buy some more powerful batteries or see about sending it in?
