I think I understand the basic workings when I have it open. I can get the light to go on but it won't stay so I think there is a short somewhere. If I get a new socket I will try and replace it. Thank you for the help.

I contacted them, waiting to hear back. I don't know if its just the socket since I have it put back together while opened and it doesn't make the connection properly. I think its done.

Thank you for the reply. Darn thing won't budge. Wonder if its glued too? Can't get a blade even in between to pry without damaging something. edit: I think my E-Nano is gone. I can't even get it to work with manually putting the connector pins in. Light doesn't go on so no idea what is...

Need to fix the socket on my OG E-Nano. Sent an email to Andy and Nadia. Please check, thank you. In the interim can someone help me figure out how to get the bottom plate off? I have removed the two screws but it doesn't want to come loose. According to this I don't see clips or anything...
