    Dynavap VapCap

They do not fit with the SK insert, though the thin one fits without the insert. But they won't work very well, because an IH won't heat quartz. If you use a steel tip you can get it to heat up, but it doesn't impart much heat to the cap, so you don't get the heat sink benefit.

Small, cheap high quality bubblers - for travel, stealth etc

I love my Quiver Summit, but, as @MoltenTiger notes, it fails on price. Size-wise I think it's easy enough to carry around, and it's just big enough for good functionality (though it is just a straight-downstem beaker, no fancy perc). Where it really shines for me is robustness--it's freakin'...

Glass Vapes From The Rogue Wax Works

Mostly, I don't use it. I just drop several terp pearls in first, then load the herb. It makes it super easy to unload--I just upend it, and the terp pearls push the ABV out. I do use the screen for hash, but I put it in the very top, so I can fish it out with a poker through the air slots.

Induction Heater Yllvape IH Power and temperature controlled induction for use with Dynavap

I'm psyched to try this one. With time and power control the click will become irrelevant. I know we've all been waiting--for years--for the promise of a temp-sensing IH, but this level of control could provide results with similar consistency. And we should be able to find out next month.

WTF? How does weed that fails the tests end up in retail stores? It was sold from January through June, and now they want to recall it. That's genius. Do they think it's just sitting on people's shelves?

Handmade brass stash with integrated lighter for Dynavap "M"

You move quickly! I just saw the V3 has dropped--it's exactly what I hoped for. I can't wait for mine to arrive. Thanks!

    A mighty old dilemma!

Yeah, sorry about that. I mean, it wasn't so much that I ignored it as it was that I also once thought a Mighty (or Mighty-like device) would suit me best. And even as I was enjoying my Mighty, I slowly found that Dynavaps were winning the reach test more and more often. Not only do they hit...

    A mighty old dilemma!

I originally picked up a Dynavap as a backup for my Mighty, to soothe both my battery life range anxiety and my fear of electronic gremlins. With the DV and a lighter in my kit, I knew I'd always be able to vape, even post-apocalypse. Now the lighter is for backup, and induction-powered...

    Dynavap VapCap

Thank you! A while back I wrapped a 1/4" steel bearing in hash and dropped it in a Dynavap, trying to see if an IH would heat the ball inside the oven for instant, even hash cooking. Not surprisingly, there was no difference between that and heating the hash by itself--except a little bit of...

Vaping killing the enjoyment of combustion!

About 40 years ago in Copenhagen I had just picked up some beautiful Moroccan hash, and I found a secluded spot along a downtown canal to enjoy it. A perfectly Scandinavian young woman rode up on her bike and asked to share. I was feeling like this was the best day of my life up to that point...

    Camouflet Convector

Yes, that's true. However, manufacturing in the U.S. is more expensive than China, which is a big reason many companies choose to have their products made there. So, at a similar price point, we should expect higher quality from a Chinese product. Just look at the Revolve, which is machined to...

It does take some precise timing; heating it while it's already in the bong helps.

Just to add to the crowd-sourced knowledge here: if the plates are glowing red, do not hit it.

    Dynavap VapCap

The Revolve has the same issue on steroids. If you don't like cleaning an M, you won't have a good time with the Revolve. To be clear, that piece is a masterwork of design and manufacturing. Every claim Brenyo makes about its capabilities is true. It really is that good--but I don't care much...

    High IQ Cannabis users

Testing always pushed me into advanced classes in school, where I'd find the material interesting but the work tedious. I've always been able to grasp concepts quickly, but then my focus is drawn to the next shiny thing. Eventually my parents sent me to specialists to determine why my actuality...

Inductor - Desktop Induction Heater by Camouflet

I'm in the queue! I had to wait until today to keep inside the guardrails of my OCD accounting system, so I was psyched to see the Beta was still open. I missed out on the Convector BOGO, but I can only use one at a time anyway, so I added one of those, too.

Thank you! I thought that might be the case, given the size of my current IH power supply. If the Beta sign-up is still live Friday, I'll get in line. And sorry about the thread confusion--I just searched "camouflet", assuming there'd only be one thread.

    Camouflet Convector

@Camouflet--Is there any chance we'll see a future version of the Inductor that's just a heater and a smaller power unit? I don't roll any longer, so I have no need for a large, flat surface to dump weed out. I scoop it straight from the grinder or stash, and I suspect many vapers are the same...
