Excellent advice, thank you. Last night I experimented with lower temps, trying 590, 600, and 610 for the weedeater, also taking smaller hits. I finally settled on 610 as this produced satisfying tasty vapor while remaining smooth enough to not cause coughing and tightness in the chest. There...
It is so hard for me to break the habit of taking the fattest rips possible. It certainly irritates my throat and lungs when I have multiple bowls of big hits though. It gets to the point where I can't breath in for a minutes after a rip without coughing. Makes me really start to wonder about...
Been having more coughing fits when vaping lately, not just with FP but with other vapes. I think it is mainly attributed to increased usage this year, I've filled a 40 oz jar with avb in 2020 (and i've dumped plenty in the garbage or in the wilds). Seems excessive when I look at it, but damn...
Any chance that people on the waitlist for the Flux Deluxe get first crack at obtaining a Flite? Been waiting for over a year for one of you excellent heaters and the idea I might miss out on the Flite kills me.
Is dust a good thing? I always associated it with herb that's too dry. Maybe I should get the fine plate for the BCG to see what's up. I think I recall someone else on this thread saying they got the best flavor with whole little nugs :hmm: each person seems to have their own way with this thing.
I use the weedeater pretty often at 666F, but this herb I have lately seems to do well with lower temps. I am running it at around 620 with good results.
It really does seem to depend, and I find I get the best performance with changing it up a bit depending on what I have on hand. Oddly...
Back when I got my M it came with a free titanium tip as part of a promotion. Since then I've been using the Ti pretty exclusively. Well the high temp o rings finally gave out so switched to the stainless steel tip. The results with the SS are much different than the Ti. I find it much more...
I have cranked the weedeater as high as 720 and still not combusted. Maybe I increase draw speed enough to compensate, but I feel like it would take a major effort on my part to combust.
Since I have two glass pieces now I picked up another showerhead bowl. It's pretty sweet to have each piece...
Well a hot vapcap to the lips sounds pretty bad to me! The FB head is running so hot that I dread the day I burn myself with it. The rules I have are don't reach across it, keep on stable surface when not in use, don't use drunk, and use the auto timer.
If you happen to just drop the PF head...
Is that with the weedeater? I need to try it at that temp perhaps.
Edit: Wow ok, I've been needing to turn it way down. Very tasty at first, and many hits.
I waffled between the evo and the flowerpot for over a year, your post makes me happy I went with the FP, can't foresee this thing dying.
I often run my weedeater at 666F, but lately have been testing out at lower temps or higher draw speed. It really is about draw speed, faster you draw the...
I've been playing Days Gone on ps4. When the game came out I passed on it due to terrible reviews, but saw it was on sale for $20 and picked it up. Wow, it is an amazing game, a little slow to start, but super fun. This is one game people slept on for sure.
Ah, i see. I am kind of new to all these different glass pieces. If i get a downstem with a raised joint it will lift the ash catcher I have enough to allow me to use it. However, it is not a side step like what you see on yours, it would put the weedeater head even closer to my face, so I'll...
