to a certain extend yes... but i usually use my cloud on 9 o'clock and being the hazemaniac that i am i have access to a few different 100% sativa strains (not things like blue dream or sour diesel - the real thing with the 16 weeks flower time and airy buds) but even with 100% sativas on 9...

the vaponic and the gnome may look similar at the first glance but really they're not... the gnome is based on convection, whereas the vaponic is based on conduction. also the design of the heating element of the gnome gives it an amazing heat-retention that out-performs any other flame-powered...

Don't forget that the vhw 3.0 setup uses a silicone ring to close the airpath - granted it's not in the direct airpath, but same goes for the herbo, the air passes the silicone before it's heated in the herbo. So the silicone/health concern should not influence your decision - i have both herbo...
