Got my new button assembly. My original assembly is definitely jacked up. I'd have to squeeze it super hard and in a specific spot to get a decent connection. This one I can pretty much just tap softly and get better function than previously woohoo!

I think I need a new assembly because I've never actually loosened the screw in my button assembly, however after just a couple days of consistent use it will have backed out enough that I need to either hold the button at odd angles and really hard, or re-tighten the button down to get it back...

The screw in my button actively unscrews/backs out a bit every single time my button is pushed I'd be INFINITELY more happy with just a persei top that let you swap threads and had a spring loaded center pin. At least it would work consistently til it dies

It isn't a matter of not knowing how to properly adjust it. It's a matter of literally having to do it every few days, or with every cart change. All I want is a device that will let me utilize my 510 and 601 threat cards without a stupid adapter

I'd give anything for a spring loaded button and pin system for the 8 so I didnt have to fiddle with it each time I change carts. I dont even care if it has a "higher chance of failing" i'll just buy 10 or 20 of them. better that than the aggravation of tinkering with the top pin and button...
