i open and close the cap four or five times a day and have never had a problem. its very simple and effective.
when i was a teen i had a vespa and used to change gears without the clutch because i thought it made me look cool riding off the works carpark in front of the other apprentices...
i fixed my lack of buzz by taking off the bottom, lifting the contact pins a teensy bit, cleaning the plates that the pins contact on. then reassembled making sure the haptic motor was sat correctly in its housing.
the motor is only held in a silicone housing and is not soldered to the board...
ecstatic! i dont want to combust regularly, i just want to find out if it's possible and how and then dial it back a teensy bit so i can get as much as quickly as possible. did it with my dynavap, did it with my eq. couldnt do it with my mighty, now the mighty is gone.
i have combusted on ten but that was down to specific circumstances. i was trying all sorts of things. overfilling a bit so the weed was in contact with the heater screen was one way. weirdly, in my wpa when i use my flattened basket screen as a basket, with the weed in it, i get occasional...
i got these cup screens for much less than on the official site, https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B085GJ5QSW/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o04_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
they are the same size as the screen that came with the tinymight.
i dont use them as they are, i like to put them in a short stem, on...
got my official 18mm water pipe adaptor today. was using an rbt stem before which was good but there is a slight narrowing of the aperture at the end which annoyed me a bit. i wasnt bothered about using the cooling unit with the official stem as i like the way i had the rbt stem with just a...
im only educated to part three city and guilds mechanical engineering and the branch of engineering i worked in for thirty years was steel fabrication rather than vapes, so im no expert, but i think the tinymight is a great design. i think the manufacturing process could do with some refining...
there is a way to fix everything and avoid waiting on orders and get emails answered. it involves a pentagram drawn in blood, some chickens, a little nudity and the chant "Ph'nglui mglw'nafh Cthulhu R'lyeh wgah'nagl fhtagn" .
'the maker', wearing a hooded robe, initiated me in this rite and i am...
it wouldnt surprise me if it were just a bad contact, like mine. a little tweaking of pins and cleaning of pads might sort it. the motor could have slipped within its housing and be a little mis aligned as well.
if it is the actual motor then as you say, replacing the motor would be simple and...
i just plucked up the courage to take off the bottom of my tinymight. did so, lifted the contacts a bit on the haptic motor, cleaned all the contacts with blu tack, re assembled and my haptic feedback is now working!
