It sounds cooler than it is. I never use mine.
The Vapor Tamer is too small. The narrow air path makes for way too much drag for use with water pipes. When frozen it feels like pulling through a coffee stirrer. This small size also limits usage time, Hours of freezing time is warn in only a...
There is a screen in the heater cover and a screen on whatever attached. This allows you to use it at any angle without worring about anything touching the element.
Removing the cover is only if you want to use the LSV as a flameless lighter similar to a phedor.
Fuck combustion! I only use the LSV as a vaporizer. The LSV will vaporize hash just like plant matter but requires a little more heat. I keep the LSV set on 3 o'clock for hash.
For those that...
I have scrapped the LSV water pipe adapter all together. I am now using the LSV with a Luke Wilson disc screen slide which is much closer to the heat source than the 7th floor adapter. I will eventually get a custom Spherical Ground Glass slide made.
LSV + Luke Wilson 15 arm bubbler = heaven

The blemished units come with everything except the travel bag I think ( can buy seperate)

I use the La-Cross BC-9009. http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00077AA5Q/ref=oss_product
It charges faster than the 700.
Lwein did not mention one of the big advantages over the C9000: Button presses! The C9000 takes 10 times more button presses to program. The BC-9009 is far easier and faster to...
Something like this would be nice. This would allow positioning over glass gear.

Yeah they changed around the description a bit. I noticed they added the line about the perm seal and removed the mention of other colors. They also named it the "Vapor Tamer"
Samurai style would look cool on my shelf but I would think the cord could be an issue. Maybe a vertical wall mount would work if heat wasn't too big of any issue. The LSV and Buddha can be left sitting on a desk turned on all day long. There has to be a way to securely stand/mount/display/hang...
