The email for a cloud plus upgrade reads like a used car salesman once you know about all the problems. My old cloud worked fine and I don't want to spend money on an upgrade that is unreliable. People want something they can depend on and making false promises is lame.

Can anyone verify that all units shipping from vapexhale will be a cloud plus model? I just sent mine in for a warranty repair last week.

I agree with green2brown. I as well use the cloud for treating a medical condition. Mine is getting repaired right now, and my old Buddha just can't get me to where the cloud can. In the mean time I will dab, but without my cloud on the side. I however am not as worried because oil gets the job...
