I totally get your point, but over here, it really is common place to mix flower and tobacco. Maybe it's because there was more hash available than good flower a couple of years back 🤷‍♂️ or maybe just to save some weed and money, since it was and still is illegal in most parts of Europe...

Not really. The main difference between DAT and DRC is that with the DAT the vapor is not directed over the cooling Helix, but directly through the center of it. The DRC is closed on top, the DAT is a Tube. If you completely close the DRC you can't vape 😉
