There is a hole about 1/2" on the bottom of the heater unit and an air path all the way through the unit to the bowl, the same way the cloud is set up but it is not glass.
The vapor (on mine anyway) is not thin. It will not milk up glass like a cloud or SSV will. But it definitely not thin...

Wrong. The air path does draw from underneath the heater, regardless of what anyone else (including Arizer) has said. Most of the smell users have reported comes from excessive soldiering flux on a small circuit board directly underneath the heater. I know this because my second Solo had this...
The blue flashing light is an indicator that it is the standby mode. All you should need to do is press either button and it should go back into the heating/use mode. Sometimes you need to hold the button in a bit for it to register.

I was not aware there was a yellow battery indicator. Should be green, pink, and violet. Takes mine a bunch of sessions to get to pink.
