Sounds like it is ticket time. I am not so sure I am on board with this. I do not want one that combusts @1:00 but I believe mine should be vaping better at a lower setting.

The battery can be tricky to seat in the charger. Make sure the battery seats properly in the charger. If the charger stays green no matter what, and will not turn on, it is most likely defective.
