I had some issues with mine, but I just talked with them today and they are helping out. Very responsive. I'm seeing this doing very well, despite minor hiccups like every new product.

I'm hoping the app comes soon. My Carta is still stuck in Vape Session mode and won't go above 500 degrees F. Tried everything to get it to recognize the atomizer as a concentrate, but still thinks it's a dry herb atomizer.

That's what I thought. I called Focus V and they said to try to unscrew and screw back on the atomizer while on the temp screen but that doesn't seem to do anything. They did say the iOS app was coming within the next couple of days, so I'll wait to see if that fixes it.
