best tasting dry herb vaporisers according to you?

Thank you for your detailed explanation! You've definitely got my attention now. Oddly when I sat down to compare flavors across ball designs, TKO was the smoothest and most flavorful, followed VERY closely by Kettle (both into glass TKO bowl. I was surprised that the zirconia Zeal was the...

best tasting dry herb vaporisers according to you?

While the Kettle and Electropath combo is my favorite ballvape combo (followed closely by TKO), I don't find it quite at the pinnacle of flavor (at least where I have it dialed in). But certainly no slouch, and similarity to Herborizer design is prob helping it out there. But in general, I find...

    jaxels art

I've tried it dry, but wasn't a big fan of it that way. And I agree that from a straight airflow perspective, OG design is still king. I've got both OAB and the slide in drawer designs, and neither give that fill the tube vibe (hardly surprising, and they do still have great airflow...

    Cloud Connoisseur Glass

Yeah, that is the downside of being an early adopter sometimes. Win some, lose some. No more pre-orders from me for a while. Especially considering the wait on this last batch. As always, QC and timeline for fulfillment are a challenge for China glass. Maybe I'll get an American glass artist...

    Cloud Connoisseur Glass

Prudent. Always a risk with pre-orders. All the moreso when China glass and the many international shipping delays that can also interfere. But those early pre-order discounts off of retail are tough to say no to. I was very happy with my OG Prophet and wish the current ones still had the carb...

    Aerolite Vaporizer by YLLVape

Glad to hear they are going back to the drawing board if it needs it. But let's not assume it will automatically be "punching above it's weight." Could end up being mostly comparable to other vapes in that price range, such as a Roffu or Pro v3 or the Rogue/POTV DHVs around 100-150.

    Brilliant Cut Grinder

I'd still remove all seals and iso soak. You could also grind some rice before that to help remove any possible residue on the teeth. And iso evaporates quickly so should dry in little time.

Big fan of the Herborizer Sherlock. Removable base also makes cleaning a good deal easier with that pinched mouthpiece.

Portable Dry Herb Vapes Vs Ball Vapes

For the most part. There are some all-glass bowls which don't require a metal screen. But the lil glass holes permitting air flow are a pain in the butt to clean.

You just use the Click sound instead of the lights to know when vape is ready to puff.

    Vapman

Yes, this. It really opens up the Vapman to beginners. I got a click for a friend for Xmas, but probably would not have gotten one for her of the original design. And in their livestream, the fellas said that this was thier biggest piece of feedback on the Vapman.

    Vapman

No complaints here about the finish of my walnut, click. And a friendly reminder that the click doesn't need to be the "hit me now" sound. As with a Dynavap, these can be seen as a reference point. So maybe for some their preferences will be heating a second or more longer to get a hit to...

Glass pieces suited for dry cooling

In my experience, the dry pieces that work best have lots of glass surface area that the valor will touch as it goes thru the piece. So balls, dimples and/or bends are your friends. This is also the idea behind the Prophet, and why it has those multitude sharp bends in the glass. So in a globe...

Glass pieces suited for dry cooling

Another vote for the Prophet. Was bummed when the joint on mine with the carb hole (no longer made) broke recently. Also a big fan of the Herborizer Sherlock. Removable base is nice for easier cleaning. Or a dimpled j-hook or a design with balls for cooling that go up the stem.
