Fair enough but you have several users posting that they are smelling it without prolonged inversion on the units they are using. We have no reason to lie. You have my unit in your possession please test it. The thing that sucks is it doesn't do it all the time so you might need to test longer...

I only left it inverted to take my hit then flip it back over and wait a minute before taking another hit. Never got a chance to use it with anyone else so it never stayed inverted long. I would also like to add that customer service was very pleasant to deal with so far which is a huge plus imo.

Imo definitely not resin mine was brand new so no time to build up resin and the smell was way different burnt plastic/electronics smell:puke: It also only came from the bottom of the unit and any resin would build up at the top. Hope they get it sorted out and returned soon.

The smell goes away but It also kept coming back on mine.

Yes I had a horrible burnt plastic smell coming from the bottom. It's in for repair now.

Believe it or not it was not the auto shutoff it goes back to solid green after the hit without resetting it. I am also giving it plenty of time to heat up at least 15-20min or longer.

I just got my Evo but I'm not sure it is working properly. If I try to use a small amount in the elb I can't get dark abv, even at max temp. Half an elb at max temp the avb is a darker brown but it takes a few hits(3-5) and they are somewhat wispier than I would have expected. This is my first...

Not sure what it is but yes it comes of pretty easily and leaves some kind of gritty fine sand like residue on my fingers.
