Good luck with it. I'm sure Epic will get you sorted out. And good idea on having a back up vape. I'd say if you have the means, do that regardless of what vape you use as your primary. Stuff happens.

No idea what was wrong with it. I shot Epic an email. They sent me back a return authorization. Sent my unit in, and it was repaired within a week.

Have you tried pulling very slowly? Basically allowing the air flow more exposure to the heater core. I find with a bubbler it's easy to pull too hard and cool the air too much.

I own and use both. I will say this. They are alike enough that you will easily adapt to using the UD. You'll easily get great hits, great efficiency, and great effects. But they are also different enough that you will not feel that having both is redundant. Especially when using the...
