My solo 3 is like this, I have to press on demand twice for it to produce vapor. Session is way faster and cloudier for my s3. I can probably sometimes over pack too but session at 200c still handles it better than on demand at any temp.

My understanding is if you unscrew the top ring and pull the metal sleeve out there should be more metal under the sleeve instead of glass.
