I'm trying to justify purchasing this...:/ the only issue is I can't image it being any better than my "Modded" Extreme and my glass water tool like the sphere. Out of a half filled bowl I can pull many THICK vaps (can't see through) through the tool now. how much better can it be?? :o

I agree... it doesn't get hot enough out of the box. I have modified couple so far.... we need version 3 which will be the old temp controller and new sensor position.

BINGO!!!! cracked her open... moved glass down, which makes the heater stick out of the top of the glass (a little) which moves the heat further up into the bowl. WOW!! :o

Hey Everyone... Do you think the Extreme breaks in?? takes a little while to really get to good. I sort of remember it working allot better now then when I first got it... AND... my buddy just got one and side by side... mine works better at the same temp swapping...
