I'm enjoying my HI but there are a few things I'd like to improve: The chamber size is a bit too small for me. What is the largest possible option? Something like the volume of S&B capsules would be good. The voltage always starts high and starts to drop over time on its own. At the same time...

Thanks Alan, that helped! I gotta say I love using the HI. The whole workflow is super convenient. Perfect on-demand convection without having to worry about batteries, pressing buttons, temperatures, etc. Plus it looks super nice!

I got my HI (beautiful bamboo unit!) and at first I thought it was broken because it wouldn't heat up. It turns out that it only heats up if I orient the barrel plug of the extension cord in a certain way (with the cable pointing straight up). If I point it sideways, then it doesn't make...
