If you're saying you had what looked like a round screen, and now you only have half of that (i.e. a regular screen) I don't see where it'd be an issue.

SS sells some glass on glass adapters for 14 and 18 (or 19)mm. http://www.silversurfervap.com/Other_Parts.htm I can't vouch for them personally, but they should make it easy to set your vape on a table.

Yep, vaping is the ONLY way to go if you're getting bad weed. Even the low mids around here give me a nice floaty (though brief) high when vaped.

People have had a lot of bad experiences using anything other than dry, ground material. I don't believe it is recommended.

Alright, I finally got this thing down. I think any review I would provide would be repeating a lot of this thread, but if you're looking for an inexpensive, portable, stealth vape, this is it, as far as I'm concerned. Carrying around batteries is a minor hassle yes, but well worth the silence...

Ha! I was just looking at my grandmother's C-pak (CeePak?) and thinking some sort of adapter like that for a forced air vape would be sick. I could see Devo's concerns becoming reality though. I know it's not totally comparable to gas masking a bong hit, but that is still what it brings to mind.

I can't imagine the set of circumstances that would cause you to narrow it down to these two...they're so dissimilar.
