Hey Shadow (or anybody else) -- I'm wondering if you can comment on the Steinel HG 2000 hand-held heat gun for use with your upper intake. The unit is ergonomically similar to the Aoyue hand-held you talked about a few pages ago, but of course this one is more expensive but has that Steinel...
Rick's Zapubler -- http://aromazap.com/stems/upright-glass-bubbler/zap-ubler -- should work. It comes with a mini plastic gong (pong?) stem with a tip that should fit inside the HI heater. I don't have the Zapubler yet, but it terminates in a 14mm female gong so is like a mini hydratube.
Modifications have been able to increase performance but only at the cost of potential (hazardous) device failure (see above). So it seems TV is trying for a balance of safety, efficiency and effectiveness.
Fair enough if you wanna take your recommendation back -- that sucks about your HA. I'm guessing herbalAire will take care of you tho. It has a 3 year warranty no?
I just searched "vrip" in this thread and the first result I get is my post above. But I haven't been keeping up with this thread. Looking forward to hearing more from either of the teams.
I wouldn't compare the gn0me at all to this here mV. I just brought it and the TV up before b/c of Lostclusters claim that the mV was the only portable with an isolated air path. Not so at all. I don't really mind the price of the mV -- I get that quality is gonna cost a lot. I just haven't...
Dang Red and Green seem really hot, but apparently your unit isn't hitting those numbers. I figured you meant "isolated air path" but I was asking exactly what you meant by that. Isolated from what? The battery and electronics I figure. If that's the case then at least a few portable vapes...
So a question re: the conduction heating then. Since G suggests putting the herb in and then letting the 8 heat up, how much vapor is lost due to conduction during this heat-up period. This is obviously a subjective question, so it may only be answerable via before/after pics. That is, put...
By price tag I was referring to the ~$200 that G said it would be for just the attachment..... not official or final..... but enough to at least start talking about price I would think.
Nobody else seems concerned about a $200 conduction vaping *attachment* so I'll keep quiet. Don't want to...
