@spiggot I also had a failed Air, bought from everyonesdoesit. Worked for few sessions then failed completely. Had it replaced without much issue. Hope you get yours sorted

you should be able to just adjust the heating element so that it doesn't touch top of HC. I would order a HC clip though, or possibly try and fashion one out of a piece of wire, just to stop HC toppling when inserting and removing wand. Congrats on an awesome choice, shame was missing a piece

Sounds a potch, is this cos of legal issues? Are they not allowed to trade outside, or do they choose not to?

Was so happy with the "sippy stem", hadn't tried ed stem till now and wow. turns the air into a different animal. preheat with herb, then up to yellow. nice clouds. does the wood add an extra flavour or am i being a bit mental? got a purpleheart one. am worried i could start chewing it though
