I do feel I should add that the rep said the email "should be out by end of day", so take that shit with a grain of salt! We know how well they do with set dates ATM.

That's why I ordered direct! There should be an email directly from davinci by the end of day today that explains things a little better. The rep told me yesterday looks like 2 weeks maybe more so 4-6 sounds plausible for vendors.

I don't know to be honest. I'm just rationalizing and trying to be optimistic.

Ohhh sorry I wasn't taking into consideration those that preordered from a vendor rather than direct. That's kind of my point as to why I was patient and ordered direct though, in hopes of avoiding this kind of thing. I don't think people are having trouble getting a refund directly from DV though.
