Exactly same experience with tips as @gordontreeman. I haven't had one ss tip that fits and out of the ti tips have tried only 2 are useable. Don't think dynavaps qc is all over the place, i think it's non existent (remember the tip with the grooves not deep enough, this would not have happened...
