They already announced that those that already paid direct and were affected by the customs ordeal would be getting another set of internal glass. Just no charger.

I realize this will be a double post but I can't edit the last one. Anyways. To those few that have an ascent (I don't think I've seen this covered), do you have to have the main power on for the ascent to charge like the OG davinci? And also is the heat up time even faster if its plugged in...
