My ascent heats up in under 45 seconds. I understand its a completely different heating element though with glass in mind when it was designed. Glass bullets would look sweet though!

@Engineering is there any way a glass bullet could be used? I gotta think with the high temps its now capeable of this could possibly work. I bet the flavor would be amazing. This IMHO would make the pn pro damn near perfect!

Man I wish I could afford one of these right now. I felt the pinnacle would've been perfect with higher temps and bam here it is. Don't get me wrong I have one of the few ascents on here that work really well and I love it but, I'm still scared it may just bomb on me like some others have reported.

I actually noticed in my pic it looks much lighter than it really is. It's a dark almost coffee brown. Same color all the way through. No dark spots on the outside no light spots on the inside.

It's fine upside down unless your using the oil can.

It's PERFECTLY roasted like good coffee! There is zero need to stir with the ascent. Pack tight once and go. As a past pn owner I can safely say it produces nowhere near the amount visible of vapor that the ascent is capable of. Although it does medicate just as well. I get pulls off the ascent that look like puffs off a Marlboro. I've spent many hours in my chair marveling in the amount of vapor I get...

Strain does have a lot to do with it. I have some green crack and some lemon rock that I harvested at the same time and have been cured the same amount of time. I get noticeable better vapor from the green crack. They both kick pucks out when done though. I dunno dreamerr, different strokes....
