Dynavap tolerances are crazy. I have 2 ti tips and both are too loose for my liking. I have 2 M´s tips and one of those gives me a perfect fit so I use that one.

Nice project! I would suggest a voltage and amperage meter (Example: link). Its just some cents more expensive and it can be very useful sometimes because not all cables make a good connection with the Woodscents.
