    Advanced E-cig users and oil/wax, how-to "one-hitter-quitter"

Ego twist eh? Nice to see another one rocking the low power. Those things are really pretty stout and will fire barely sub ohms coils with gusto. I only replaced mine so I'd have a passthrough. Really, low power and high mass coils is cheap temp control.

What chip, or clone of a chip is working well for you guys?

Well, I managed to loose my itaste vv 4 already. This seems like a good time to get a TC device. I am thinking about building a sx350j with a single 18650 in a tiny 3d printed case. This could turn into a pricey project though. Other than the evolving chips, are there any other affordable TC...

    Advanced E-cig users and oil/wax, how-to "one-hitter-quitter"

I was only going for 1.2-1.5. My first 30ga coil was 1.3 so i went with it. I was just starting a short t-break, so I have only taken a couple rips, but I was very impressed. It heats up a lot faster than my stainless wicked coil, and tastes very clean.

Even after figuring it out, this is still super helpful. It would be really nice to find a needle that is partially split lengthwise. Kind of like an old springless clothespin. I get back to this thread every few months and I was interested to hear about the TC devices this time. Too bad I...

The kanthal ribbon was my problem. 30ga was easy peasy. My biggest issue now is scrounging up enough wick.

It's the slim RXW. RBA supplies calls it both 2 and 1.7mm on their site I guess. I used kanthal ribbon because that is what I have been using with my stainless wick. It's is durable and I like it. I tried some twisted double 34ga but only had enough for one attempt. I'll go pick up some wire...

    Advanced E-cig users and oil/wax, how-to "one-hitter-quitter"

I am having a hell of a time working with RXW. I referenced this thread and I cannot get anywhere near a DBC. I am having a hard enough time getting a nicely shaped coil, but the biggest problem is ripping the RXW apart as i wind. It breaks when I bend the wire too tightly, and it will crumble...

    Advanced E-cig users and oil/wax, how-to "one-hitter-quitter"

See, my main hangup right now is that I do not want a bigger deck, just one that is better laid out. With most of the RBAs, a single coil setup can only make use of half the deck. Getting a big deck and only using half of it bothers me a little, but that seems to be the easiest way to go. The...

    Advanced E-cig users and oil/wax, how-to "one-hitter-quitter"

I've got some older pictures. Its a no name I bought from my local vape shop. No RXW now, but I have some on order. These little ones always seem to use a post in the center. Cheaper to make.

I guess I should also mention I would like to be able to get it in the next week. But I do like the look of the Hobo. Side question: Are those glass globes pretty universal? I see some replacements but I don know what fits my topoo branded parts.

    Advanced E-cig users and oil/wax, how-to "one-hitter-quitter"

Hey guys, I check out this thread a long time ago when it was much smaller. There's been quite a bit of development since then. I use a simple iTaste vv v4, and have found it is enough power for my RBA builds as well as one of the glass domes I've tried. I am limited to 1 ohm coils and...

    Advanced E-cig users and oil/wax, how-to "one-hitter-quitter"

Thanks! I can fit this in my front pocket, in most of my jeans, but just barely. Sometimes it sticks out a little. It does w well, but I would exchange some of the length for just a little more girth. I wish 14500 or 14650 mods were more popular. It would beat out the ego and could be shorter...

    Advanced E-cig users and oil/wax, how-to "one-hitter-quitter"

Wow! This thread has really taken off in the past couple months. I've been satisfied with the first coil (exact same coil) I wound back in December. I used ribbon Kanthal, and it was very durable. I came back to catch up and decided to wind a new one. First things first, I would like to...

    Advanced E-cig users and oil/wax, how-to "one-hitter-quitter"

I have been lurking around this thread for a while, great information. A few friends and I looked into buying vape pens a few months ago. They bought clouds, but I just had to make it complicated and bought an ego-c twist battery and some kanger cartomizers. I cut up these carts and used them...
