I agree with your theory of stronger vapor from different models. I haven't used the Crafty, but I had the Plenty and the vapor it produced was a lot stronger, pound-for-pound, than over vapes (I've never used the Cloud or Volcano). But I must say, though the liquid pad did work for me, I still...
Well no, its not just the mouth piece. The mouth piece is that straw looking part but the cooling unit is the whole top piece and it really does cool the vapor down. Check out this pic that was posted.
I don't have any experience with the Solo to compare it to the Crafty. But the guy on reddit said the Crafty gets “4-5 bowls total out of a charge.” And the person who posted a Crafty review on here said...
Both sounds good to me though.
For a lot of people the USB is going to make up for the lack of battery life compared to the Solo/Mighty because they have so many USB wall chargers and car-chargers. Plus you can use it while it's charging and the battery life doesn't sound that bad any way.
Also a lot of people just don't...
Nice review. The Crafty looks nice and small, even next to the Pax. And the battery life sounds really good.
I was wondering if you plugged the Crafty into your laptop or PC with the USB cord, are you able to adjust the temperature on there?
How well does it work half packed with the liquid...
Thanks for the review. Denser than the plenty with less hits? Wow, thats impressive. I'd imagine the effects are amazing.
How well does it work half packed with the liquid pad? Also do you find the auto shutoff to be bothersome at all? How long does it take for it to shut off?
2. We might not be. I think I'm still getting use to it. I've never breathed in vapor so effortless before, in terms of not feeling the hit at all in my throat. I usually start at 375/385 and go up 10/15 degrees whenever I don't see any more vapor. Also I'm usually sharing with one other person...
Hey I just got my Herbie last week and overall I love it, but I have a couple issues.
1. I tend to try to strech my stash on weeknights and use less bud. I find the Herbie works amazing when I fill the oven up to where the bowl widens, but when I try to use less than that there is a big drop...
When you turn the Crafty on it heats up to it's “base temperature” and if you press the button it goes up to it's “boast temperature.” Both temps are adjustable on the app and will be saved. But if you want to use any other temps besides your desired two temps then you need the app.
The app has...
Hey man, thanks for the early review and I'm looking forward to your more in-depth review. I'm glad to hear you can use it while it's charging, thats a big plus. I was wondering if you plugged the Crafty into your laptop or PC with the USB cord, are you able to adjust the temperature on there...
I was thrown off by that too. But the ovens on the Crafty and Mighty look like mini Plenty ovens, which they also described the same way.
And trust me, the Plenty rips like a kick-ass pure convection vape. The only problem was the bowl was a bit too big. To be honest, imagining these units...
I didn't see that. This reminds me of the Plenty in a bad way. Besides it's oven being a bit too large, it's auto-shut off was the only other problem, but it was annoying as hell. A minute is actually a step up from the Plenty's immediate shut-down. Smh
I believe their thinking is the Mighty, being priced higher, should be able to give you the LED percise temp. control, while also able to be used while charging. Which is why they didn't put the USB on it.
I assume their thinking with putting the USB on the Crafty is you'll be able to adjust...
