Nothing beats lighthound.com
They have have it all, the new AW batteries too (just look for the black strip on them).
Prices are the best there too, if only by a few $.
edit: turns out lighthound is sold out of the new AWs (thanks to lockie for noticing that), either wait or buy from some vapor...
For all I care it could be a simple 1 hole perc, with the diffuser beads it doesn't matter. They give you nice, smooth, cold hits. Can't get any colder without putting the bubbler in the freezer or really tiny crushed ice.
@ConstanlyConcentrated That's the 14mm. This should work with the 10mm, unless the straw is smaller. I put all the diffuser beads in there through the straw, if it was any tighter they wouldn't fit.
I bought it from the link I put up there. That vendor is Chinaaaron. It took forever to get...
Alright, not sure if this is where I should post this, please correct me if I'm wrong.
I saw all the bubblers on dhgate and had to get one.
To stick with the theme I added black diffuser beads so it looks like black coffee in the cup. They greatly improve the consistency of the airstream and...
so these just showed up on my dhgate
looks interesting, but I could swear those dots are just stickers or so..
also is that bowl for crack or whatever? or is that just a different style for domeless?
@THC SCIENTIFIC what about a 3 month old v3 top and 1 month old unused hammer top? I want to upgrade to the v4 whenever it becomes available to replace my current 2 tops.
I was going to buy from the official Santa Cruz site, but $10 shipping my ass man.
Just went for this: http://www.ebay.com/itm/251739296313?_trksid=p2060778.m2749.l2649&ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT
New seller and no returns, looks risky but if it's counterfeit or something I just use the ebay...
Wait so the v4 top will come with an on-off function? Will people with a v3 and hammer top be able to trade those in for a v4 eventually? If so, I hope it comes with free shipping and/or some coupon/store credit if it's 1 v4 top for a v3 and a hammer.
Well it does seem somewhat gimmicky. Then again so does the nitrate coat on titanium implants. It be nice if someone could give their experience with one of these.
19mm: retail $35, $27 atm here
14mm and 10mm are same price
and yeah it does seem to be a titanium nail with nitrate coating. Wikipedia says that it is a ceramic material and is used mostly to coat titanium, steel and aluminium. Also says they use it on medical implants, because it's non toxic...
And so another Lurker awakens and begins to type..
So.. I just saw that Grav Labs makes these titanium nitrate coated nails: http://www.grav.com/titanium-nitride/
(Notice in the photo how the coating is missing on 2 spots on the screw? Poor coating? Does it even matter? More will probably...
