Called customer service, was put on hold for about 5 minutes. Spoke to a rep and within minutes I was getting a new indica. Even called me back twice after I mistakenly rejected the first call. I had an email invoice sent almost instantly after hanging up.

I'm still waiting for a replacement unit. I was promised a beta and a regular unit. All i got was a fuming beta. Not sure if i'm still getting two unit's, but i just want a working one already. It has been months. Edit: it's been a month since the original replacement. Still fucking sucks.
