I picked up a B1 injector head from a mate the other day.
It doesn't seem like it goes all the way to the screen in the shovel head bowl; he also gave me a CH-branded glass bowl that the injector doesn't really go into at all.
Are there different size injector heads?
I've experimented with...
This has been confusing me.
As I understand it, this one is the original weedeater head.
This is the new "B1 nut" being sold through cannabis hardware.
The one that I've picked up is kind of halfway in between. I don't think it's the Weedeater with the Weedeater limitations, but I'm not sure...
Is there a list somewhere of vapes that people have tried with the Electropath? And is there a list of vapes that fit it pretty well (ie. it'll say upright hands free until you need to move them/clear the bong.)
I was just mentioning in another thread that I went from no ball vapes to 2 ball...
Well, shit. VAS is real. (We knew that anyway.)
3 days ago I had zero ball vapes. Now? I have 2 ball vapes.
I decided to go with the Screwball, which I went and bought on Friday. Took it to my mates place yesterday, and the bloke who'd always been kind of disappointed with his Flowerpot soon...
$50(CAD) postage is what turned me off. I know it's a heavy grinder, but that's a really prohibitive shipping cost, I could get another OMD for that price.
Hadn't even occurred to me until reading the thread that the Tornado may only be available with a Forge, cos it may need a forge to heat it.
Not sure how I feel about that. It certainly prevents it from being a portable unit for my purposes. Makes it expensive too.
I'd like to think that I'll...
Shoutout to @Brenyo and MadHeaters.
My order took it's sweet time to get here, but that's not their fault. (I'll consider the postage options a little more carefully if/when it comes time for me to order a Tempest.)
As I mentioned previously, this is my 2nd Revolve. I needed a back up cos I...
I decided to pull the trigger today. New models be damned, I wanted a ball vape, and I wanted it now.
I've taken it out of the box and I'm currently doing the burn off. A couple of negative observations - one is that these basic stands are junk compared to my mates Flowerpot stand, two is that...
I was one of those making fun of the walkie-talkie/hair clipper look they'd gone with, but when you get it in the hand it so doesn't matter. It's got such good form factor, it fits and balances so well in the hand, it could look like a dick for all I care.
That's what I hoped to hear, I'll hold off and make a decision in a month or so!
(Of course, it occured to me after that last post that even if you get 220v, I'm still going to need a something-to-Australia socket adapter anyway.)
Oh, that'd be incredible! Thank you!
I'll let you know tomorrow after I speak to W&W.
These things are in hot demand, you can't even get them from Vapvana at the moment.
Of course, W&W have now sold out of the Thermal Twist pass through that I need with the Screwball just as I was ready to order...
I'd actually be getting closer to the Kettle + Electropath straight off the bat if they had already worked out 220v options. The more I read, the Electropath in...
What would you suggest here?
I don't even know if I'm sold on spending $1400 AUD yet... But I especially don't want to drop the dough, have to deal with power adapters, and then learn a month later that you've sourced 220v PIDs and straightened out the whole set up. (I guess cords and heat...
Thanks for that man. I kept researching today... the thing that confused me is the head on the B1 - those on the page that you've linked to there are different to what my mate has.
Apparently they changed the head and my mate has an old version of the B1? (Which doesn't make a lot of sense to...
If I bought the version of the Electropath on its own and without the PID, would it hook into a 220v PID that goes with a Screwball or Flowerpot?
Once again, I'm desperately trying to avoid burning my building down.
Is there a 220v version of the Kettle/Electropath?
Given how much power these things use and the temps they run at, are they safe to use with adapters when our sockets give out such different voltage?
(sorry, I'm generally pretty smart... but having experienced an electrical fire in my youth...
I've been using Google to try and figure out what my mate's Flowerpot is - can I confirm that the B1 is the only one that has the really open airflow head on it? (it kind of looks like a big screen over the top of the balls)
It also has a "hidden" coil, as opposed to the vast majority of vapes...
