Indeed, the XL8Rs have a shorter joint that should fit all RBT devices. Some regular 18mm (aka 19mm) will be too long at the joint and touch the screen (hence the disclaimer). Here is a pic of my US Custom Z with a short XL8R stem exactly like on vapefiend.
