I just received my pup last week and compared to the Arimazap, the UD is extremely hotter. Will the amount of heat generated by the most recent pups decrease the functional life span of the pup? Would the heat cause the wood to loose its integrity? A dimmer would offset any potential...

I say yes to UD and yes to glass. Multiple micro dosing means more practice and greater practice has me appreciating the UD. So quick, effective and efficient.
