They never added all the features that they promised. This product is vaporware + a basic PID controller. The advanced features that were added always had issues for me. I'd get an Auber and be done with it.

Earlier in the thread, Lazy and I discussed our extremely different settings! If I had to guess, each VB probably has a slightly different heater resistance. Mine only really works at 12.3v+
