Do you mean the SnB filling aid or the one made by verdampftnochmal. They have quite a few 3D printed gadgets available only through them. But even if the had them: they probably won't fit the Venty.

Sounds like you may be pulling to hard. I have that sometime with my Arizer EQ when I forget about the airflow and overdo it. The key thing is to just inhale slowly while enjoying the low resistance. Much easier to get the right dose of vapor.

Are you sure you're using the app.storz-bickel.com link and not the fix.storz..... or whatever the link to update to the bricking firmware was. In that case I would assume the update app would notice that you have something newer than the bricking firmmware and abort. Just guessing here.
